T&H Mechanical provides heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration sales, installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in the East Metro Twin Cities, Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin. Descriptions of our services on this website are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates and quotes we provide are based on the information available at the time and on a visual assessment of the work requested. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, equipment availability, or code requirements differ from what was assumed. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote; if no period is stated, quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. Scheduling, Service, and Cancellations
We will make reasonable efforts to perform scheduled work on the agreed date and time. Service windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, parts availability, emergencies, and other factors outside our control. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
4. Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service. Past-due balances may be subject to late charges as permitted by law.
5. Warranty
Workmanship and equipment warranties, where applicable, are described in your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which you may need to register directly with the manufacturer. We are not responsible for issues arising from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by others.
