T&H Mechanical is locally owned and operated by Randy Thiel, who brings over 20 years of experience in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation. Randy has been working in the trades in Minnesota for more than two decades. He started out as an HVAC helper and worked his way up to lead foreman after gaining experience with multiple companies along the way.
Randy founded T&H Mechanical to specialize in high-quality work for both commercial and residential clients across the Twin Cities metro. His company is built on a foundation of helping clients with honesty rather than pushing high-pressure sales tactics — integrity, hard work, and a people-first approach guide everything the team does.
Randy holds five master licenses and has extensive experience in a wide range of roles, including project management, training, installation coordination, and management. His team focuses on technical problem-solving, providing clients with a range of options — from quick fixes to more comprehensive solutions. They prioritize clear communication so clients can make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys fishing, spending time at the cabin, hanging out with his son, four-wheeling, boating, and going to the beach.
