T&H Mechanical, owned and operated by Randy Thiel, has over 20 years of experience in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration. Randy began his career as a helper at Hamlin Mechanical and stayed with the company for over two decades. After leaving due to changes in Ownership and business ethics, Randy founded T&H Mechanical with a dedication to integrity, hard work, and a people-first approach.
His company is built on a foundation of helping clients with honesty rather than pushing high-pressure sales tactics. Randy holds five master licenses and has extensive experience in various roles, including project management, training, installation coordination, and management. His team focuses on technical problem-solving, providing clients with a range of options, from quick fixes to more comprehensive solutions. They prioritize clear communication so clients can make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time at his family cabin, fishing, four-wheeling with his nieces, gardening, and canning vegetables with his wife.
